Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex frontend features and applications
- Lead technical discussions and architectural decisions
- Mentor junior and mid-level frontend developers
- Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product managers
- Establish and maintain frontend best practices and coding standards
- Optimize application performance and user experience
- Contribute to our design system and component library
- Participate in code reviews and technical interviews
- Stay current with emerging frontend technologies and trends
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional frontend development experience
- Expert-level proficiency in React and TypeScript
- Experience with Next.js, state management (Redux/Zustand), and modern build tools
- Strong understanding of web performance optimization
- Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development
- Track record of shipping production applications at scale
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Portfolio of work demonstrating technical excellence
- Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)
